Returns & Exchanges


Our policy lasts 7 days from date of purchase for Singapore & 14 days from date of purchase for International order. If the given day allowance has gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
Please note that "Gift Voucher" are non-returanable.

Cash refunds are not provided for returns. An online gift voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued in your account. The online gift voucher will have a one year validity. 

Only regular priced items may be returned, all sale items cannot be returned.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchange for another different item(s). If you would like to try a different size of the same dress, then just return your unwanted dress in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging box to eligible for a return. Please notify us: of your return so that we can keep a look out for it. A new size will be processed and deliver to you in the usual delivery time frame. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you. And you can use the gift voucher to do your next shopping on BOHN Fabulous. 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a notification to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be notify via email on further detailed returns instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For all shipping you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
